		Metal Fabricating Adhering to ISO/TS 16949:2002 standards, we fabricate stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, as well as specialty steel components suitable for applications ranging from food service and heavy-trucks to railcars. Our custom metal fabrication services include laser cutting, CNC punching, stamping, forming, welding, and finishing. Quality Industries runs 12 CNC punching machines, including two high speed, fully automated punches integrated with material storage and retrieval systems that can accommodate up to 450 tons of raw material.

		Custom Assembly Complete assembly services for custom fabricated metal parts are a turnkey offering from Quality Industries. Equipped with an array of welding equipment and hardware insertion presses, our assembly cells can handle any high volume, complex assembly requirement.




		Powder Coating Competitively priced and environmentally safe, our powder coats deliver excellent resistance to chipping, peeling, or cracking for both interior and exterior applications. Our powder coating process consistently yields over 2500 hours of salt spray resistance with most TGIC powders, which exceeds most industry standards.




		Engineering Services At Quality Industries, engineers use updated CAD software to create efficient tool designs and suggest improvements to the existing product designs. Our engineering professionals document existing products, discuss ideas, and create functional metal products plus assemblies. AutoCAD is used for two-dimensional CAD documentation, while Inventor and Pro Engineer Wildfire are used for three-dimensional solid modeling. If your data does not exist in these formats, our CAD platform can also read common data exchange formats such as .dxf, .iges, .stp, and many others.
